Tori Amos plays at the amazing Cactusfestival on sunday the 11th of juli !

Sales start the 26th of april.

Unfortunately, that's the day Heather plays at Les Ardentes (Liege).

Tori is on Tour again? need to check the details. I only see Manchester and Zurich so far on her website.

As you know, Cactus is a great, small festival without the hassles of for instance Werchter, Pukkelpop...

The newspaper stated Tori would play saturday the 10th of juli, whereas the official Cactus site says she plays on sunday the 11th...

I have to check it, as Heather plays that weekend twice and it would be nice to see both ladies the same weekend.

If you miss Tori, you should get her collaboration with David Byrne and Fatboy Slim. I think you would like this eclectic CD. There is another thread for it Johandeman!

Update: The listing has been removed. We assume this means that oeticket.com was just a little premature in posting it and that tickets will be on sale again once the show is properly announced.

Just over a week ago, Ticketone, a European ticketing vendor, posted an announcement on their Slovak website that Tori would be playing at Vienna’s Stadthalle on October 25th. While that announcement has since been removed, Austrian ticket vendor oeticket.com, which TicketOne indicated was the source for the information they posted, has since added a listing for the show on that date and appears to be selling some tickets to the concert (in the middle rear and right side of the orchestra).

While there still hasn’t been any indication that Tori will be performing live this year from official sources, this date does fit nicely into the Europe in October/North America in November timeframe CharityBuzz alleged when contacted about the ticket auction they held earlier this year. And although Wiener Stadthalle does not list this performance in their calendar, they did say that Tori would be playing the venue in the Autumn but did not provide any further details.

Given previous ticket sale snafus before concerts were officially announced, we’re not sure that we would recommend purchasing tickets just yet but it does seem likely that this show is happening.

I have no doubt that Tori will come to the hometown of her favourite piano Boesendorfer. A magic person on a magic instrument in a magic town! It cannot be better than this! I will hope for a meet and greet!
