Custom Mix CDs

Not the best selection, but a step in the right direction!

all songs are 88 US cent. not really cheap. But in case of Heather Nova worth to pay.

no

you pay $4.62 for the first three songs, and THEN $.88 for additional songs

since you can only select 20 songs in total, you pay per song between $.979 and $4.62, and not only $.88

Not everyone has CD burners, or even computers. Most people who do have CD burners probably don't know how to use them, considering that most who have computers don't know how to use them either.

If this was a lot cheaper it would sell very well. Although it's not that bad of a deal, 12 songs for around $12.75.

Wal-mart is probably a little behind the times on this one... most of the guys who I work with have moved onto burning DVD's and think CD burning is "old-hat"...

They still do it of course...

It's legal and it's the right start. I would like to see artists getting a bigger cut of their CDs sales and cutting out the costs of "channel partners" is the only way to do that.

This was predicted to happen around seven years ago. All the RIAA panic over Napster and its successors probably stalled it.

Fuck 'em.
