First I just wanted to ask Darren (question 116), but now I'm curious about some other ones' too. So what does your first/Christian name literally mean?

Benedikt is Latin and means "The Blessed".

Widely known now because of someone down there in Rome (momentarily Turkey). There are no songs named after "Benedikt" up to now... (but you can easily change every English ...baby... in a song into ...Bene... ).
But a very famous book...

Bernd = short form of "Bernhard", in other languages: Bernardo, Bernát, Bernard.

It means "strong as a bear".

"Estelle" comes from latin Stella, which means "star".

Do you know the song "O Stella" ("Stella Marie you're my star") by PJ Harvey?

Any songs connect to Bernd?

Well, my first thought after estelle's stella-entry was that there must be hundreds of Latin church songs on stella maria etc. - but I didn't think of PJ Harvey actually. Obviously she wrote her own song to Mother Mary.
Anycase: the song is not about "Stella", but Mary.

The name Christina means the "Christian one" which is ironic since I'm not Christian, even though I live in a Christian country.

You are to shy to tell your real name. Well I know the name and there is nothing wrong with it. Well sure your nickname sounds more rare.

Has nothing to do with shyness. I just prefer this one. Why would my parents know me better when I was a day old than I know myself now?
