i really really like it! don't have time now to write a review, but the sound is really different from her first album, tho i don't think this alb is considered a real new album, but more of an 'inbetween demo' or so. her new one 'Drastic Fantastic' is out already! well i don't have it yet. but about Acoustic Extravaganza, in short: it's worth buying! (it's cheap anyway). it also includes 'miniature disasters' and 'universe & u' in slightly other versions. DVD is very nice as well

i uploaded 'Girl & the ghost', which i think really well reflects the sphere of the album. > http://download.yousendit.com/C6F9667254284002

well, maybe 't has become a small review anyway haha

Matt Duke- Winter Child
Juniper Lane- Wake from Yourself
The Pax Cecelia- Blessed are the Bonds
Everyone Except Me-Sidewalks, No Regard to Sanity EP (sounds like Ani Di Franco, a NJ local act)
Sondre Lerche- Duper Sessions, Phantom Punch
Abra Moore- On the Way

Duke's album has some great lyrics!!

I got the new Katie Melua CD Pictures today. I love her, her voice and her music, but on the new CD is not any song that catches me like on her previous CDs. So to me it is no a step forward.
To me it seems she didn't care that much about production, well all songs sounds the same somehow.

I just bought pearl jam live at the gorge 2005. I had a burned copy, but I felt as though I should buy it. Pearl Jam are worth it. Got to spread the jam.

Yeah, I had the same impression. The Cornell of the Soundgarden times was the best, Audioslave is still good. But his solo albums, they are, well... nice to listen, but not more.

Matchbox 20 w/ two exclusive Best Buy tracks. The album is okay. Glad I waited till the greatest hits, cause I heard that their albums were so so, though the one with Unwell and Disease I heard from some people was great. I haven't heard it though.

I bought Jose Gonzalez the other week and have a ticket for a concert of his sometime soon...
Over here, I've been buying Greek music, but not actually listened to much of it yet because the only CD player I have to hand is on my laptop.
Before that, my last album purchase was "My Brightest Diamond".

I find the singles compilation by Natalie Imbruglia quite boring. I should have known.

But the dvd with all clips is very interesting.

I realized I'm an idiot since I hadn't bought it before (it's from 2001). It's a great piece of music.
