Just got back from Tie Me Up! Tie me Down! Definitely not Aldomovar's worst, atleast of the four movies I've seen. Not a perfect movie... would have liked to know the main girl better , especially her past, but overall I'd say it was pretty good. A very sweet movie that gives a good portrait of an interesting character.

I just came back from a day of films...

1. The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things from Asia Argento

2. A Woman Under The Influence from John Cassavettes

3. Palindromes from Todd Solondz

The Asia Argento one could have been better, first half hour is AWESOME, then it fails so terribly it's not even funny.

A Woman Under The Influence is a masterpiece. IT JUST IS!

And finally Palindromes, which is the new Todd Solondz movie about a 12 year old girl who wants to get pregnant at any cost. AWESOME film, just awesome.

A twelve year-old girl who wants to get pregnant?

So it's not a movie, but I finally saw the last of Sex and the City. And I feel crying, because it's over. Umm, delayed reaction? Just a little. But still, boo-hoo.

Top Gun is a "boys-with-toys-with-lame-love-story" Anke. Tom Cruise has starred in MUCH better movies since...

Friday night, I finally wtached Star Wars - Episode IV: A New Hope with my girl

I didn't mind that she didn't even know who Darth Vader is, bit she's doing PR for LEGO in France, and they have a tie-in range of Star Wars toys coming out for the new movie, so she has to be on top of the subject... It was fun watching her discover something I know inside-out

oh no, but I have never seen a Star Wars movie, and all I know is that something called "Darth Vader" appears in that movies, well I did know that. But I still have no clue who or what this is. And I don't feel like I have to know.

But I read this name a few weeks ago here. Was it about a avatar?

Evangelion is such a great anime ! i still prefer the ending they did in the movie "the end of Evangelion" than the one in the serie itself though .

been watching "meet the fockers" , not as funny as i thought it would be .

I watched the first 8 episodes a while ago, and just watched the next 4 with the 4 after that on the way.

I'm not too into mechas, but the characters are interesting, especially Rei. I hope Rei gets a lot of development later rather than Asuka. Only one way to find out...
