Ok, here's a riddle:

We successfully navigated the labyrinth together but now we are separated.

Hint: Think about what lyrics are probably floating around my head these days...

Correct! Wow, inspite of the limitation of songs given by my hint, I still thought this would be hard given the different meaning of "through" and the "labyrinth" red herring.

In fact, I was looking after the word "through" in all of her lyrics. So I got the answer within five minutes.

Different meanings of "through"?!

Through - to venture from one point to another t-h-r-o-u-g-h.. as in walk *through* a forest, shopping mall, the rain...

Through - quaint way of referring to the break-up of something, especially a relationship.

Ah, in German it's the same for both, too. So this was no problem for me. Thanks for the explanation.

I have one:

No clues, as it could be obvious.

well, at least the question: is it a line from her lyrics? Or a song title?

Hahaha... either you're very very good at solving riddles, or I'm very very bad at making them.

Bernd is just very good at solving them. Kinda amazing since he isn't completely comfortable with English.

... and I'm not very interested in lyrics.

Think is: a) I seem to have time. And b) I seem to have good ideas how to solve them, like searching for particular words (for example, your labyrinth riddle, I was sure there was this word 'through' somewhere in).

Well, I guess it's not from the song "Sugar".

My first guess is "Take the bitter with the sweet" (Untitled Song Crossing Border), but chocolate isn't bitter, as far as I know...

Correct!

Unsweetened chocolate is very bitter.

You've never had bakers chocolate or ultra-dark chocolate?

oh, I just found out two possible answers to my riddle.

One is very easy (some song we definitely all know), one is pretty difficult (maybe not everyone has heard this song yet)... but both are about the same. So please find both answers!

Do so. Perhaps while watching Fellowship of the Ring.

I doubt, since eating chocolate makes me usually fall asleep. And you surely don't want that I sleep through half the movies?

mh, why is this person between earth and heaven then?

Quote:

What's that? !?

I guess there are far more possible solutions, mh.

Maybe I should add: Being motorized, or at least like being motorized, between earth and heaven.

Cause by saying the earth "should" be there, it implies that it isn't. So if her feat aren't on the ground, she must be between earth and heaven.

Mh.

I guess my riddle was not very good, since there are too much correct answers.

So sorry, I stop this riddle now.

My own intended answer was Heather singing "Sitting on a plane" on Leaving For London.

One minute later, after posting it, I found also the answer "Lift off like an aeroplane" from "Doubled Up". Cassander gave this also correct answer.

The Light Years quote seems pretty OK to me, too.

Well, she sings *a lot* about birds, kiskadees, the sky itself, whatever... No good riddle, I guess.
