I won't be watching, but I guess Kate Ryan (Belgian entry) has a very good chance.

The song is called 'Je t'adore' (I love you)

The orange dress has cost 14.000 €.

I've heard most songs from a quite excellent TV progra mwe have here where they play the songs and one judge from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland give them marks. The Danish guy was sooo funny! But my favorite was the Norwegian, since he thought that the Swedish contribution, Carola, hada fake smile and empty eyes. Which is so true!

Does anyone remember that witch Carola? Grr..I hope Sweden won't make it to the final. Bluäh...

Thankfully. That song was horrible (but Sweden's was the worst of all) and that dress made her butt look much bigger we figured out here at home.

I'm really glad Bosnia went to the finals, that song was really good, too bad just Bulgaria dind't make it. Oh and yes; GO FINLAND!

(Why did all the people had to boo at Silvia Night? Her song was good anyway.)

Quite a catchy song, reminds me of Within Temptation or even more Nightwish.

In the middle, it sounds *very much* like Poison (by Alice Cooper).

It's a good thing a band like that has won. It doesn't always have to be blonde halfnaked women that win.

I wonder if Heather's management ever thought about Heather taking part in this contest (for UK)?

100 million viewers in the world! This would raise record sales!

And today in Swedish newspaper there was big pictures of the members without them.

Listened to Arockalypse tonight and I enjoyed. I couldn't listen to them for too extended a period but I have other music like that too. It is fun music though. Very bold choice for a winner.

And yeah, I remember that riddle yes.

I think ABBA are truly great:
'Cassandra' is one of the most musically gorgeous pop songs ever written (I'm listening it now just to double check... having switched off my 'Greek Pop Classics' CD - and yeah, oh boy, it is )
'Chess' may be pastiche 19th C opera, but '1 Night in Bangkok' etc.

I never watch Eurovision these days. More to do with not paying much attention to TV schedules as much as anything but
1) I'm one of those who far prefers cheesy Euro-disco to 'serious' British/US indie guitar rock
2) Crap lyrics sound much better sung by a pretty European lass in a language I can't understand
