If so, maybe not only France, since Asaf Avidan does a six-week tour through 11 European countries.

Well in the description is mentioned:

"Heather Nova will be opening act for Asaf Avidan's French tour. " (translated)

I think to limit the tour to one country is quite a good idea to avoid travel limitations from country to country.
Heather's tour plan does a concert in France, so this is a nice add-on.

To tour in countries that are on Heather's tour plan already makes less sense to me as people should mainly come to her own concerts in fall.

It would still be nice if this could be confirmed somehow, before I write it in the news.

So it seems limited to concerts in France.

I still have doubts if those concerts can happen, due to political decisions as of Corona, or restrictions that might be applied. A lottery win seems to be easier to get than a confirmation of concerts.

I could think of doing a day trip to Strasbourg, but will not go to other concerts on this tour.

According to Odyssey Music, Heather won't appear on the Asaf Avidan tour.
