Well, cell phones make a great job, nowadays !

... but Verena's voice is beautiful, anyway, which helps.

@57Arietis

The lyrics:

You are silent with a storm inside
Darken my words within the light

And I let go of you somehow
In a way that I can't show
In a way that I don't know

Me and my shadow
Flew into the sorrow
No tears are going by
But you taught me how to cry

My two bones reach out and crack
No healing everthing is black

And you come to me like winters frost
The cold is here the sun's got lost
Love is what I miss the most

Me and my shadow
Flew into the sorrow
No tears are going by
But you taught me how to cry

Cry, fly, no more cry
Sing without the ring
And move into the light

Me and my shadow
Flew into the sorrow
No tears are going by
But you taught me how to cry

Well, I guess it's not only me, but I feel loneliness, looking for somebody, a soulmate, someone to believe in makes the best songs, although they are often sad.
A good one, sugarbaby! Thanks for sharing and a happy new year to you as well!

Thank you all.

@gerd
Yes you're right. To find someone who loves you, who stand by your side when noone is around. When you are feeling lonesome and tired. It is a gift to have such a person in life. But, for me, I don't want to search any longer. It reaches me or not. Thats it.

It is my heart and my soul who writes, it always comes from another space. I am with Heather in that case.

I am opened for every word about my music.

You've got a beautiful, warm, voice.

I wanted to suggest a capo, because your high notes sound especially good (and it seems that in the beginning you're at your down-notes limit), but the high notes are very high, so I doubt it's possible to sing even higher.
