I have checked Heather in the ASCAP database (ASCAP = The American Society of Composer, Authors and Publishers), and it was very interesting to find these so far unknown song titles:
- Blue Blue Skies - Dream Of Me - Everything - Holding The Sun - I Believe In You - Just Another Lover - Keep Her Alive - Night Blooming - Ocean Floor - Unforgettable all credited to Heather Allison Frith, and published by Universal Music. Also there is a song called - Thinkin' Of (or Thinkin' Of You) credited to Heather Allison Frith and Eve Nelson (who played keyboard of Like Lovers Do, by the way). Are these maybe lost songs, never made it to an album?

Very interesting!
Maybe they are songs we know, but with a different working title that never got changed to the final title.

Apart from Everything, that COULD MAYBE be another title for Water From Wine, i don't see how those titles could be different titles for songs we know.
I really hope we can hear these ones someday.

Yes, Estellem, I knew it was a bit of a stretch, but you never know. The working title for the Beatles great song "Yesterday" was "Scrambled Eggs" and A-Ha's song "Take On Me" was originally titled "Juicy Fruit". So working titles can be very divergent from final titles.
That said, that would be great if these were all new songs just waiting to be heard...

In the ASCAP database, there is not "What A Feeling", but "Fruit".

Very interesting.
Which of these songs should we make into the next Drive Away and keep asking Heather to play? ![]()

Some of these songs could also be tv shows, or something like that. In the ASCAP database, there is also "Dawson's Creek". But that's no Heather song, just Heather's music was played once in this show. Probably the same with "Eastenders Revealed". That's why I didn't list both above. I see right now there is also a tv show "Unforgettable", so this is probably also no Heather song.

It's also worth mentioning that all these songs are published by Universal Music. This means, they are at least ten years old (because since Storm, her songs were published by Saltwater).
By the way, the ASCAP list is far from being complete. For example the songs "Storm" and "Singing You Through" (and surely many more) are missing.

Nice effort with this, Bernd. Makes me wonder what would happen if I used my skills for good instead of... no-good.
![]() I'll go out on a limb and speculate that Ocean Floor might possibly be an alt-title/early version of Just Been Born.

That's pretty good speculation. Not only are the titles phonetically similar, the lyrics of Just Been Born are obviously grounded in references to the sea. Nice, Daysleeper! ![]()

Just Been Born is also not listed in the database, though a lot of songs are missing. Still, that does make the theory more plausible.

I wonder if it's possible that Just Another Love is a working title for Drive Away?
Drive Away is not in the database.

What makes you think Just Another Love is a working title for Drive Away, Cassander?
Could Blue Blue Skies be an early version of I Miss My Sky (Amelia Earhart's Last Days)? Could Dream of Me be an early version of Stay?

Oops - that's a typo - should be "Just Another Lover", not "Just Another Love".
And why? Because the song features "I wanna be your lover" pretty prominently, and I could see "Just Another Lover" as a title, given the songs focus on being infatuated with someone you're workin with. Just a random thought since Drive Away wasn't in the database. Seems just as likely as Ocean Floor being Just Been Born. Unless the actual text of the title is in the lyrics of the song, we're pretty much just engaging in wild speculation. And both Stay and I Miss My Sky are in the database, so I wouldn't think so on those.

Don't forget that all these lost songs are credited to Heather Allison Frith, and published by Universal Music. She isn't signed to Universal Music since 2003. Therefore all these lost song titles can NOT be songs from Storm, Redbird, The Jasmine Flower, or 300 Days At Sea. So it is impossible they are the working titles for Stay, or I Miss My Sky. The songs must be older!
All songs since 2003 (like Stay, or I Miss My Sky) are published by Saltwater Ltd.
