Maybe we could post here if we have information on summer festivals on which Heather will play.
Yesterday she told me she will play in Vienna and Antwerp this summer. She sounded pretty certain about it, so I guess negotations are busy ... I assumme she will play at Rivierenhof in Deurne, Antwerp. It's not a real festival but an outdoor venue, with a lot of attention for female singer songwriters. I don't see her playin on the only other Antwerp festival, Linkerwoofer, as it only pays attention to local bands with the exception of bands from the Netherlands. Still, to be confirmed ...

Heather Nova will be one of the headliners at the free festival Casablanca, in Hemiksem (near Antwerp) on saturday the 4th of august !!!!

Heather will play at the Zeltfestival Ruhr at Kemnader See near Bochum, Germany, on August 2012, 25th. The festival starts August 21st and ends September 6th:

We only have so far: July 21, Austria August 4, Belgium. That's not much. What about the two weeks between?

In recent summers, she combined festival gigs with club gigs.
July 2011: Blue Balls and Suikerrock, but also Saarbrücken July 2010: Bospop and Les Ardentes Festival, but also Haldern So a club gig would be possible.

I'd doubt that ! Who would go to an indoor club during the festival season ?
Some clubs are closed in summer, definitely Ancienne Belgique.

She almost always does club gigs along with festivals in the summer. I attended one of those back in 2006.

So, the "tour" starts in five days. And it is just two festivals with two weeks between. I really wonder why only two concerts, and is this worth all the effort? And what does Heather in the two weeks between? Holidays? Interviews with the press? Flying back to Bermuda?
