I'm happy to announce that we will be recording all the shows on my Special Acoustic tour.

The recordings will be available to buy as high quality mp3 files the day after each gig from my website www.heathernova.com

I hope this will be a unique souvenir for everyone to have.

jetlagged. arrgh! can't sleep. will announce winners of papercup contest on friday. lots of good ones there. keep em coming!

For those of us who have entered the competition, it will be a long 3 days.
I hate jetlag. You are neither awake nor asleep & it seems to go on for ages. Its like being in a Friday afternoon meeting & 5 o clock takes days to arrive.

I hope there's a subtle variation in the track listings. I think the MP3 thing is a great idea! Heather seems more 'active' online these days.

The soundboard quality is very nice on these, very clear.

I'm looking forward to the next ones.

Hopefully Heather and Felix are planning to select the best among these and eventually produce another live album.

I bought the Cologne live concert, but can't extract the 'Gloomy Sunday:Bare" tracks 6. Has anyone else had this problem? I downloaded the whole concert twice and had the same problem

Check your e-mail to see if they sent you an e-mail from the heathernova.com website.

I received an e-mail last night that said Felix was aware of the issue with some people not getting that track unzipped without error, and they are working on it. They will also add the second encore if I remember correctly what the e-mail said.

They get your e-mail from PayPal, so make sure to check the address for your PayPal account.

The revised concert is up now. Felix added the encore, fixed "Gloomy Sunday" for those who couldn't unzip it, and about 1/3 to 1/2 of the other songs are slightly larger file sizes. I didn't have a chance to compare them to see what he did differently, whether they have longer intros or outros.

Anyone who purchased the songs should have received an e-mail from heathernova.com after the PayPal confirmation e-mail. The heathernova.com e-mail includes a link to re-download the files (I believe it said this could be done up to 5 times).

My Dear Friends....

I must say it is good to be home having been away over a month, but i've got so many wonderful memories of this tour i just did. I loved the intimacy of the shows, the energy of the audiences, the way the new arrangements took on lives of their own. I think i prefer some of the songs in this stripped down format now. Arnulf was just amazing and so were all of you who came and gave us such a warm response.

I also really enjoyed all the guests - from the Papercup winners to old friends like Berit in Copenhagen and Sophie in London, to the new friends like Max Lesser in Zurich. So many incredible musicians and i felt blessed to share a stage with each of them.

I am getting down to some writing now. I have so many scraps of paper with ideas written on them, as well as the ones which are just rattling around in my head, so it's time to get them down. So, when i surface i will be in touch.
