Sounds very tempting ! Breda is not far from here, like 60 km. Too bad I have to take days off work.

Yes they are, but it's not possible to pay through Visa, only via online banking (which I can't).

Well the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels would be obvious, as everytime she plays there, it is sold out!

Well, in the past she could sell out AB 2 nights in a row, I don't know if she could do that now...

Apparantly, it's not possible for people living outside of the Netherlands to buy tickets (yet?) !

I don't know what 'ideal' is.

Can anybody living in the Netherlands buy 2 tickets for me ?

'ideal' is a payment system akin to "bancontact / mistercash" in Belgium.

Yes, but it's still impossible to buy tickets, as I don't have a banccardreader on my pc (and don't want to have one).

HI Didier

If I wanted 2 tickets, the other one is for you off course !

But it's hard to order tickets without a Visa Card...

We'll go to Brussels and Antwerp, and maybe Koln or other cities.

NOBODY FROM THE NETHERLANDS SEEMS TO WANT TO ORDER TICKETS FOR ME

Got 2 tickets tonight. Thanks to moerie who send me a message. With manual selection of seats was only possible to start selecting from row 7 up. Anyone knows when you let the venue/site automatically select the best seats available it might get row 1-6?

my dutch friend told me the front row tickets were sold already in subscriptions. People go to see 5 or 6 different shows during the season, were they have everytime the same seats.

Are there any tickets for this show available? 'Cause the website is only listing the last season (2008-2009) so I can't find it...

Probably, but isn't this against some EU anti-discrimination laws?! >:(

I don't want to go to Breda, but I still feel discriminated.

I guess they are not used to that people from abroad might want to join a concert there.

So what? Breda is just 10 km away from the Belgian border. It's not unlikely at all that people from "abroad" want to join a concert there.

And why don't they cooperate with ticketmaster or similar agencies?

Venues / theaters likes this, normally have national comedians and "plays". You cannot expect them to change their website and paymentsystem for the onetime a year an international artist comes to perform.

But they shouldn't complain then when it's probably not sold out.

I think it's silly to.

For AB (Brussels) you can buy tickets as a foreigner, but that doesn't mean that 80% of the people come from France, Germany, Netherlands and the Belgian people can't get in.

That is not my point, Johan. I just want to explain that the theater has to make a lot of extra cost to service only a few foreign visitors.
There are other ways for ordering a ticket than just internet. Pick up a phone and call Breda to ask for a solution. They even speak Dutch
Or send them an e-mail.

If you are living 10 kilometers across the border, I guess you can even go to Breda to get some tickets. If I have to go to a post office to order tickets (like the old days), I have to travel more kilometers.

Concert tickets at the post office? Wow, never heard of that in Germany.

I remember once having bought tickets for a Dutch Heather gig at a post office in Breda or Tilburg.

I didn't have internet yet back then.

Who is going in the end?
I'm going!
This year 2 gigs, Breda & Amsterdam.

I heard from Het Paard & Groningen a bit later, but Groningen is quite far away and on the night of Het Paard I have a study-evening from work, so they won't be happy if I cancel that.
And by the way... saving some money for my moving, is quite usefull.

Talking about the rows, I'm in row 7 or 8, I just thought I was a few hours late with buying the ticket.

Still have not recieved my ticket yet, I called them (Chassť) and they have a technical problem with printing the ticktes.
For weeks I thought they had send them and I lost it, but luckily that wasn't the case.
(Probably in my memory the chassť ticket looked like the parardiso ticket )

Here is the overview.tour junkies
If you change your mind for Groningen, perhaps I can give you a lift, because I live only 20 minutes from Zutphen.
First rows for Breda are taken by "abonnementhouders" I read somewhere.

The website says "a special acoustic night", does that mean it's not with the full band?

The fall tour (October / November) is acoustic. Not with full band.

Welcome eric-x to the forums!
The line up for the fall tour will be just Heather Nova and Arnulf Lindner, who plays bass, cello and piano. It will be an acoustic evening with focus on the recent album The Jasmine Flower.

Thanks for the information. In that case I'll just go to Den Haag the next day because two acoustic shows in a row is probably a bit too much for me ;)
