I think they are.

She will still do the "special request" in two weeks :)

Here is what she said on Facebook:

Greetings, all, and welcome back as we resume our 7th installment of our “Friday Nights with Nova!” series!
By now, you all should know that this series will lead into a special all request acoustic show by Heather, on Memorial Day weekend (May 24th – May 27th).
Each week, as we post new, unique or rare performances from Heather, we’re asking you to vote for your favorite song(s) from each album in her catalog. The winning song(s) will be announced & performed during Heather’s actual performance.
Last week, we had everyone vote for their favorite from Heather’s 2002 “South” album and at last, we have another photo finish! It’s been a few weeks since that has happened but the contenders were: “Heaven Sent” (2nd) and “Virus of the Mind” (3rd). In fact, only two votes separated the top 3 vote getters!
This week we are asking you to vote for your favorite song(s) from Heather’s prior 1998 studio album “Siren”” ~ so, have at it! Vote for as many as you’d like ~ then look forward to the winning song being performed by Heather in late May (the exact date is to be announced). Until then, enjoy one of Heather’s newer acoustic performances from her current ‘300 Days…’ album: “Turn the Compass Round” ~ Have a great weekend, and don’t forget to vote! All the best! TEAM NOVA

Beautiful pics and videos, guys !

Btw, I have never understood wgy Heather has put that awful green on and around her eyes for the clip (and the awful pink during the bridge).

I actually liked the green (maybe because it's my favorite color - I also loved the green in all the "Siren" artwork).

But the bridge...always made me cringe with the sudden shift to Heather flying through a starry background :)

I suspect since this was so early in her career, her video people probably had a lot of say in what they thought she should do.

I think my favorite video of hers would be "River of Life" and probably after that, "I'm No Angel" and the first part of "Truth And Bone" because of the beautiful church.

I tried to buy this from the DGM Shop when it first came out but I was a little late and it was sold out. I sent their customer service an email begging for them to make more and they told me they probably would and would "keep my name on the list" and email me if they replenished their supply.

So about two weeks ago they sent me an email letting me know they were adding a few to the shop - I put in an order and just got mine a couple days ago!!! GREAT STUFF!!!

Always loved Crimson.

Here's a really nice video of them performing an earlier version of the beautiful track "Starless" with different lyrics than the eventual release. And this one has David Cross on violin (he left the group before "Red" was recorded):

I watched the new "Les Miserables" movie this weekend and saw something interesting...

Go to this video and go to the 55-second mark and watch for about 10 seconds:

And then go to this video and go to the 35-second mark and watch for about 10 seconds:

I immediately recognized it when I was watching the movie :)

Jimmy Buffett talking with Mishka about his childhood with his two sisters, and the boats Venus, Moon, and Pluto. (It is new to me there was also a boat called "Pluto".)

What is Mishka saying at 7:30 about Heather?

Also they were singing "Chanson pour les petits enfants" (Jimmy Buffett confirms it is about Mishka and his sisters) and Mishka's new song "Ocean is My Potion" (feat. Jimmy Buffett) together, which can also be found here:

It's several pages in on YouTube, behind a whole bunch of ambulance videos somehow linked to "Siren" :)

cappy44 - you are a veritable cornucopia of information on Heather's live recordings! You have honestly impressed the crap out of me from day one, and I think this forum is fortunate to have you as an active participating member.

Bernd is the real cornucopia, though.

I've organized my own collection fairly well. But Bernd's breadth of listings and depth of detail go way, way beyond anything I've done.

enipul -

You may want to verify that the recording is really Hop and Grape.

There is a recording that has been traded around that claims to be the 13-October-2001 concert at Hop and Grape in Manchester, but is really a recording from the radio broadcast of the 01-November-3001 Metropop Festival in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The setlist for Lausanne is:

01 - Just Been Born
02 - London Rain
03 - It's Only Love
04 - Heart And Shoulder
05 - Paper Cup
06 - Heaven Sent
07 - Winterblue
08 - Virus Of The Mind
09 - Interview

The very first song has a radio announcer speaking in French and introducing the concert (Lausanne as I understand is in the French-speaking part of Switzerland).

I have seen this incorrectly-marked concert (incorrectly marked as "Hop and Grape" from 2001) appear several times. So chances are that the one you found on another site may turn out to be Lausanne instead.
