- the video codec isn't the same: mpeg4 quicktime h263 in 30 frame per second instead of avc h264 25 f per sec.
- the video is interlaced
- the 4/3 ratio aspect is wrong

I have remux the video in mp4 without conversion, but just by extracting file, because flash video isn't supported by the multimedia tv player.
